My day is supposed to end around 1pm, but more often then not I'm here until 1:30 or 2, and then I end up working from home on and off through out the afternoon and evening. Then throw in the on call pager I have to carry with me 26 weeks out of the year and it starts to wear on me a bit.
Plus the real estate agent got back to us and confirmed my fears that every penny I have sunk into my home (and its not over yet) over the last 8 years won't ever be recovered. Now to decide whether to move forward or just stick with it.

I feel you, I was in my last house for 8yrs. Supposed to close this week. Walking away almost even. The market is just down to much from when I bought.

Although we didn't yet tell her how much we owe (so as not to skew the number she came up with) we did tell her we would not sell unless we could close without bringing any money to the table. I still had hopes of making at least 10k. Its bad enough I'm spending all my savings on major renovations to the house but I will also have to borrow against my 401k as a down payment on the next house if we decide to move forward.
