I have no clue there, Im not up to date on there wiring when it comes to newer truck's.

btw just a question, you say the "shift on the fly" is not working, to me that means it wont lock in when rolling or moving, will it while setting still in N?

Alright, so we go upstream now.

Backprobe the 4x4 module at the BRN/WHT and the ORG/LT BLU (these are your lo-hi and hi-lo command outputs). Do you have power when turning the switch?

If yes, then you have a short between the relays and the 4x4 module.

If no, pull your switch out. Do you have power at the WHT/LT BLU wire? (this is your ref. voltage feed. It should be ~5v. DO NOT USE A TEST LIGHT ON THIS WIRE)

If yes, do you have a voltage drop across the WHT/LT BLU and DK BLU wires? (Red lead on WHT/LT BLU, black lead on DK BLU) In the three positions there should be a different voltage drop at each position.

If you don't have power at WHT/LT BLU, backprobe 4x4 module at WHT/LT BLU (DO NOT USE TEST LIGHT) do you have 5v?

I'll check in later

No power at the module, power to Wht/Blu wire not much voltage drop on DK Blu wire when turning switch.

How much is "not much"? Less than .1 V difference between the highest and the lowest?

Actually, do one more test for me, ohm out across DK BLU and WHT/LT BLU wire with the switch in different positions.

If you get different values that are pretty far apart, then we need to test ground integrity for the module

you need to test fuses with a test light or ohm meter. i can't tell you how many times i have seen fuses that looked good but were bad.
