Billy nilly is starting off with a positive reputation.
I know this is an old thread but I'm having the same problem with my 1994 van with the 351 in it. th

My fuel pump runs continue when the check engine light comes on it wants to take off in second gear ,blowes black smoke, neutral drops its self at 70 mph with the cruise set. Ya wow is an understated pcm mabe?
