I'll WAG a '68. The VIN will tell for sure, but I don't have a decoder ring.
The sticker below the warranty plate says "C8T..",
The engine is a Super Duty, 401/477/534, rated 222 horsepower. I'll wag again a 477. 534s were rated somewhere around 270 in those years.

They are all over eBay man. Search super duty hood scoop. Plenty of nos and clean used ones. I have four laying around.
Usually listed as a Pontiac part, as most ppl put them on cars now.
That truck would be a great project if you can keep the scrap yard and parts pullers at bay.
