Got My Thunderbolt Mirrors Installed (Video)
Finally got my Thunderbolt mirrors installed..Fairly cheap upgrade,less than $50...Fairly difficult to install...Let me know what you think,Thanks Bob C.

are these complete mirror replacements or only the glass or? you said about $50, for the set or what? Where did you get?

I like them. It's too bad they didn't fit on 01's.

I got 06+ mirrors instead

Here is where you get them and how-to on the install...You break the mirror glass out of you existing plastic frame alter the frame to fit the led's and and new mirrors in...Read up it's all explained...You get 2 new mirrors with the arrow led's for about $50..

They have led's for your mirrors on eBay but not as nice as Thunderbolt...

Yea, I've seen a few LED retrofits too. I don't think I'll tackle that

I seen a post where a guy just put a small string of led's beside the mirrors in the case but he didn't wire them to the turn signals...Seems like it was 2006 mirrors...If I can find the how to I will post a link...Doing the Thunderbirds was a tedious job...

What was difficult about the Thunderbolt install? After seeing the link, I'm thinking about the shark setup.
Anyone know how it might work with nonheated mirrors?

I would contact Shark and ask them if the led's come with adhesive..

The hardest part on the Thunderbolt mirrors was cutting them out of there plastic frames without breaking them...Read the how-to and it is explained..
