Check the oil again. If its not low, check the fuel filter.

The cam sensor can cause the truck to die and come back to life. Have you changed it out? Use only one from Ford or IH, as parts house ones are hit or miss.

Check the IDM. Take it off and shake it to see if it has any water in it.

If it isn't your IDM, I would be willing to bet money that you have a short in your UVCH. This can be due to oil on the pins, and or burnt pins likely due to the oil causing excess resistance in the plug. Pull all your valve cover harness connections. Look for oil in there, and on the pins. If they are oily clean them with some QD cleaner, if they are burnt replace the pigtail harness. I'd also go inside the valve covers and look at that wiring.

^^^ Ck your gaskets and external plugs for damage . A scan tool could be helpful at this point . IDM water intrusion should also be checked .

Yes at idle and on the road first thing in the morning I'm going to check the idm for water inside I did check all the plugs going Into the valve covers all are running good I know I can cancel out the injectors cause as I pulled each plug I put a light test to check to make sure all were pulsing and sending signals and all looked good
