Im about to build a front bumper out of 1/8in x 3in x 6in channel for my 96 f350 im going to box it so it.will be 6in tall by 6in wide im going to make it.wrap around to fit against the front fenders then incorperate my deer killer on to it.it outta be.sturdy. Id like to see some of yalls custom home.made.bumpers
That would be great ive got.a.generic ranch hand grill gaurd thats seen better days im going to cut.it and weld it on top of the.bumper when i get more.material im going to make.the back bump
That would be great ive got.a.generic ranch hand grill gaurd thats seen better days im going to cut.it and weld it on top of the.bumper when i get more.material im going to make.the back bumper pretty much match plus i want to make 1/8th in x 3in x 6in running boards the total distance of the front of.the.cab to,the.front of.the back fenders
Here's one I made. This is a farm truck that we use to feed with so I had to make the bumper cow proof. The bumper is 4-1/2" fence pipe. Grille guard came off a Chevy, I modified it and stuck it on top.
I like that, i do alot.with horses.i wish ford.would.make.dent proof beds.lmfao. What do you.think of.my.bumper idea?
Honestly, it sounds like overkill. If you're doing double channel because it's cool, go for it. If you think you're going to bend a single 6" channel...nah.
I know im,not going to bend 6in channel unless a mazda decides.to pull out infront of me,in,houston again. Thats why i built the last bumper. But i figured.if i double up,on it and welded mt deer killer.to it it would.look good.pluse be a good.place.to,stand while.working on it
