Fuel Injectors

As some of you know I am rebuilding a 351 for my old truck and since Comp Cams reccomends a custom tune with my upgrades I am going to go ahead and get 24lb injectors. I was going to get 19s but if I'm doing the tune may as well upgrade. I know nothing of injectors but got some decent info off alot of the mustang forums. Below is a link for some 24's Id like some opinions on and suggestions to people that know injectors as far as good brands.

Venom High Performance Fuel Injectors 24lb (89-04 Mustang V8) HP-624-8 - Free Shipping!

Not an injector expert. I know how to clean and rebuild them, but that's about it. I know the limit of the 19lb/hr injectors is right around 300 hp, so if you plan to go past that you'll need new ones. Sorry I can't give you more...

As for venom parts, I haven't had much dealings with them. But i do know that they have been around for some time and have made a name for themselves in the rice-burner market. You could use ricetech on your merica muscle, or you could just go to the junk yard and pick up a set of 24#, 30#, or better injectors, for about 3 dollars each....

I cant recall which mustang site I was on that listed the different injectors, their color codes and what vehicles that you can find them on. But I am looking to see if i can find it again, when i do i will post a link.

There are a few fords that have 24lb injectors, but 200$ isn't a bad deal for new.
Mark8 cars and 460s use 24lb injectors. Look for the blue top on ford injectors.

Venom injectors are ok. They have bad batches off and on but they were always good at replacing them when I returned them.

They also had the ford racing 24lb injectors at the same sight for 50 bucks more if they are better.

The ford motorcraft ones are oem so you know they are good.
The venom ones are fine. I've only had a select few be bad and that was years ago. I'd buy them again. Sure.
