Signs of a bad EGR valve??

I have a 91 300 6 and my truck has a light shake to it at times im not real sure what it could be but i pulled the codes today and got 334 which is bad egr valve

so i would a slight shake be a sign of a bad egr? or what are the signs
thanks!

Code 334= EVP circuit above the closed limit of 0.67 volts.

This error does not necessarily point to a bad EGR valve. This only indicates the EGR valve position sensor is reading too high when the EGR valve is supposed to be closed. This can be caused by a faulty EVP sensor or the EGR is not fully closing which can be caused by carbon buildup. Inspect the EGR valve, clean it to see if the issue goes away.
