87 f150 maintenance help

Hi, just got my first ford truck, 1987 f150 4x4 4speed manual trans, I have been trying to find out what type of oils to put in the front and rear diffs, transfer case and transmission. here are some pictures thanks for any help.

The front and rear differentials are open, so they need nothing more then regular gear oil. The same goes for the transmission as its one of the older style units that wasnt designed for ATF.
