Good luck! I had a dog that decided dry dog food was no longer "tasty" after enjoying an alternate diet fow a week or two. We had to add some scraps or grated cheese to the dog food before he would eat it. Eventually he ate his food like used to, but it was an adventure to make the transition.

Great news, Mike - thanks for the updates.
Each time I read a Bandit update, I have to read it aloud to my wife. Her first degree and job were as a vet tech - she is an animal lover. She has been cheering Bandit from the sidelines throughout the ordeal.
She was concerned that Bandit may have repeated what another dog she knew had done - he ate 6 peaches, pits and all, and the plastic grocery sack they were in. That was an expensive surgery, long recovery, and he was never really the same afterwards. We are both so happy that Bandit's story is moving towards a much happier ending!
