It's tough to lose an old friend, but it's worse to see them suffer. Getting old ain't for pussies. I've learned over the years, you can tell a lot about people the way they treat their animals.

 

A huge amen Ted. Sad to see that all my animals are gettin' old, but it goes to show that getting old sucks for man and beast.

 

I sure do like some dogs better than some people!

 

Puppies raised by loving and kind people, grow to be wonderful Doggies.......

 

After putting our 15 year old lab mix down 2 years ago and cremating her in Virginia got back to Lost Creek wilderness in Colorado yesterday where we did some tent camping. Locked the hubs in and climbed to 10,500' to a meadow she liked to run in and spread the ashes. End of long friend.
