Gonna probably use wix/napa brand so just wondering what micon prefilter does everyone use? Was gonna do 2 micron post and 12 micron prefilter but afraid 12 is to small and will work the pump too hard. Do I even need one? Should I just put a screen in pre pump to keep big junk out of the pump like they do in the 99-03 diesels for their hutch mod?:

 

I'm using Wix 33367 for pre pump and Wix 33528 for post pump. The pre pump filter has the water drain it the bottom. The Napa part#s are FIL3367 and FIL3528.

 

I'm using the exact same. I think they are 32 and 2 micron respectively. Don't forget about fleetfilter.com.
