Gonna fix oil/fuel leak in valley have a couple questioins

I've had a fuel/oil leak somewhere in the engine valley for a while. I've put it off because, well just because I'm lazy. It's starting to get worse and I'm thinking all that draining down into the bell housing can't be good for the clutch I just had put in last year so I'm finally gonna tackle it. I can see it pooling in the engine valley towards the back of the valley pan and it looks too thin to be just oil but when I soak it up on a paper towel it's the color of oil. Same with where it's dripping out of the drain in the bell housing. I've tried to smell it to help determine but I my smeller must be messed up cause I can't get a smell from it. I'm thinking it's probably fuel and oil mixed. Now that I've covered all that, here's my question: If I get the combo kit, Combo Kit - 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L, from diesel o rings will that take care of all of the possible leak sources that could be leaking into the valley? If not what else do I need. I'm thinking that instead of just pinpointing the source of the leak and fixing that, I should probably just do all of it since I doubt its ever been done before.

It is hard to tell whether it is oil or fuel. I would clean the valley with Simple Green or similar. Then wash it down with water. ( Cover the Power Steering fill cap with a plastic bag)
There is a fuel line on the passenger side that is prone to leak. (Runs along the edge of the VC)
Then run a day or so, and check the valley.

Clean it and check it first. Could also be the hpop lines leaking, something like that. Could be plug at back of hpop. Probably a little of everything.
But your right to do as much as you can once you dig into it.
