cabin air

where is cabin air intake on ford excursion?

Cowl in front of the windshield.

Wouldn't that be the outside air? I thought it was in the passenger side dash. And the rear was in the passenger side panel at the back.

Isn't getting outside air inside the whole point?
I always assumed it was the cowl too. What's this you speak of the rear getting air just open the rear windows!

Well isnt there inside air and outside air in the front? I just thought of inside air as being cabin air. And where the blower is for the rear a/c. It gets it air from the inside through the openings in the cover.

I have no idea, I don't understand the difference between outside air and inside air in terms of what your trying to get at. As far as I know there is the cowl opening where either fresh air can get it or out.
I knew those slits were more important than just for running my rca cable through! Doesn't help I removed the plastic insert back there and store all my recovery equipment in there
