I have two 56 Ford F-100's with the gas tanks moved to the rear of the trucks between the frame rails. I have an F-250 that I am going to leave the gas tank in the cab (for now). I have the option of all three stock seat frames, or swapping to a more comfortable seat. Has anyone had a perfect swap for either application?

 

I'm leaving mine all stock (at least that is the plan at the moment.)
But there is an excellent article that lists a bunch of options for seats. YOu have to scroll down a ways to get to the seat info.

I have seen several threads on swapping seats lately, you might try some searches. I'm sure the guys that have done this will hop on soon.

Thats awesome information on swaps. Does anyone know where I can find that article in Classic Trucks August 2004 called "Seating Frenzy"?. I searched for it but dont seem to be able to find it.
