2000 Lightning...what will it really run?

Brochure says a 2000 Lightning will run 14.6 in the quarter bone stock. That means it's still as slow as my brother's stock 2000 Mustang GT. I always heard guys talking about running 13s with the Lightning. So forget advertised numbers...what will a stock 2000 Lightning really run in the quarter-mile? And do any of you have gas mileage estimates if you just drove one normally?
