Horns and hood stainless

Finally on spring break. Gonna try and make some progress. First question is, where can I buy the clips for the small spears on the 51 5 star stainless? I have 4 and I need 16. I also have the dual trumpets that are going to go back in and am wondering what to do about dropping the voltage. Its set up for 12v and the horns will work on 12v but will sound crappy. So what is the best way of knocking the voltage down? Oh and clips.... those are most important

smartphones are great for checking in but not searches.

The horns need to be adjusted for 12v. There is a screw that sets the gap on the coil breaker points. Cleaning the inside of the chamber thoroughly hels a bunch, too, dirt builds up between the diaphragm and the body of the trumper and restricts movement. If you plan on laying on the horn long and often, you ought to get 12v horns, otherwise the 6v work fine.

I took them all apart and filed the points and such. But 12v causes a larger jump between the points making the sound choppy. I tried adjusting it, but in order to get rid of that terrible noise, I had to lengthen the gap, but then they were not close enough to touch. Is there a way to drop the voltage?

Don't need to drop the voltage (and horns are a huge draw - it would take a monster big ceramic resistor). Do a search for Julies Cool and horns - he (Dan) did a huge writeup on total refurb including shortening the trumpet length, adjusting the tone with a xylaphone, etc - everything you need.
