Pitman arm nut to steer box...

The ford parts site says this bad boy is an M30...The one on my truck is about a 2 inch nut. I am trying to figure out if this is an aftermarket unit possibly that was put in by a previous owner?

Not really sure on the 2005-2007 models but mine was a 34mm. Actually I think it was SAE but I didn't have a socket that size in SAE and the metric socket fit well enough to use.
