Got the other side started. Matched the dimensions of the other side:

Tack welds started:

Making a mod to finish off the top of the fenders:

bedside will need a bit of straightening and the old fenderlip needs to be trimmed out. But fitment is very nice

Here are some views of what I did at the top edge of the fenders, I folded them in to match the lower parts to make it look clean all around:

Found some more of these to complete the roof markers:

I really need 22.5s! I wonder if I could also make four more out of ten lug budds by using the old wheels as jigs after welding up eight of ten holes?

I see no reason why a careful and skilled person such as yourself can't just weld up the ten holes and re-drill. It's just 8 holes drilled in steel. If they are hub centered you can deal with that too. It isn't the space shuttle for crying out loud, just a beautifully engineered and very well built old truck you're doing there.

Yeah, that really looks tight. Love the contrast with the new stuff of the neighbors down the street. This ol' truck will still be kicking after they are all experiencing their next reinchination.

Tried to pm you about the wheels but your in box is full. Fenders look great, wish I had that level of skill. Also a big fan of the beemer in the background. There is nothing wrong with keeping the neighbors scratchin there heads. I know I do my best to keep mine on there toes.

Test fit the f800 bumper from a 53 fire truck on the rear. It is Identical to the front one and works pretty well.

I made four bed mounts that space the bed off the frame 3" to eventually align perfectly with the cab after it gets polyurethane mounts. Also got the rear bumper and frame section spliced on and in its final location.

Glad to see the wheels made it ok. Its nice to know they will have a good home and will be put back into service. Is it still the plan to put the 4 door cab on the F800?
