How Many Cam Pos Sensors are there?
Hi I am current experiencing rough running and stalling at low rpm with engine light on. I went to Autozone and they read the code and it was the cam pos sensor. I replaced it. Drove around the neighborhood no light thought it was fixed. I went to drive it today the problem returned and I went back to Autozone and the same result, cam pos sensor. I have seen others post they replaced bother cam pos sensors. I thought there was only one. Am i wrong in this? I have a 07 F150 with 4.6l.

Welcome to the forum!
There are nearly zero diagnostic codes that state some particular part is bad. Instead, the diagnostic codes tend to identify some system that is reading a value that is out of tolerance from the expected value range. Please provide the actual diagnostic code number that was triggered and we can provide the various items to be checked.
If your 4.6L F-150 is an overhead camshaft engine there could very well be two camshaft position sensors.
