Just purchased a 2012 f250 with solid rear window...I want to put a window in the back and was wondering if anyone has attempted or knows of someone that has put a full power rear window into their truck. This would look and operate like the old broncos rear window. Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I thought I was the only one that wanted this. If Toyota can do it Im sure Ford can. I think that would be such a great idea if anyone makes an after market kit for this.

 

For Ford I think it's more of a liability issue with exhaust fumes and such. That said they did it on the Explorer Sport-Trac, the 2-door explorer with the little pickup bed. I want to do it to and think that would be the best source for parts. The Sport Trac window had an auto down/up and a auto vent feature where it opened like 2 inches.

 

I read somewhere that a person was looking into using the Toyota setup and working into the early 2000 SD cab. Sure word be nice....
