I don't know - I'm still not going outside for very long at a time. I can breathe normally again tho, I just get hypo thermic at the slightest chill (calory deficit)
My energy levels are rising fast, oxygen will do that. But two weeks ago if anyone wanted my throat or lungs I'd have happily traded with them regardless of condition...
It's time for it to warm up so I can steam on with my little brown sled project

Hope everyone's weekend is going well. Wish I felt like being outside and working in the yard/gardens. However, my throat still feels like it's full of glass. I did fill the bird feeders and bird bath. I also watered a few plants. That was enough for me for one day.
Customcab---thanks for the well wishes. I truly appreciate them.
Hope y'all have a great work week. I'm not allowed to go back to work until Friday---so I took off until Monday. I see the doctor on Tuesday to get the stints removed from my nasal passages, and the packing removed from my sinuses. Really doesn't sound like a ton of fun....

Happy Tuesday everyone! My throat is still quite sore, but I had the stints removed a little bit ago so I can now breathe through my nose again. I have to take things easy for another week or so, but other than that, everything is good to go. Doc said that the next few days will be the roughest on my throat as it begins to complete the healing process. Once this sore throat goes away, I will be fine.
A side note---having such a sore throat has limited what and how much I can eat. So far, pudding has been m meal of choice with rainbow sorbet coming in as a close second. The good news is, I have lost 11 pounds since my surgery 8 days ago. I would NOT recommend this method for weight loss on my worst enemy.

Happy Wednesday to everyone!
Throat is still very sore, but better. Thanks for the well-wishes.
NASCAR sounds like fun....can't make this one, though.
SIDE NOTE: They are advertising the Bristol race HARD here in Chattanooga---never seen so many TV ads for it. I thought that race sold out quickly every year??? ANyone know why tickets are STILL available at this late date?
