Have 07 Harley f150 that 2 weeks ago radio/ nav stays on when exiting driver door. No interior lights come on when door opens either. Passenger door does cancel radio/ nav and interior lights come on. Neither back doos cancel radio and i am not sure they ever did. I replaced the door jam switch and it did not fix issue. Ohmed old swith it was good. Pulled driver side door sill and respliced purpleish pink wirs with black stripe that splice near door post. That did not fix issue either. No sign of water leaks in door sill either.

 

I have no idea but if you get it figured out let us know.
