After sitting 24hrs or longer my eot is 16-17 degrees higher than others so I replaced the eot sensor right behind the oil filter, didnt change anything is their something I'm missing like another sensor?

When you replaced the sensor was it a single wire sensor or a multi wire sensor? The single wire is the dash gauge sensor.
