Cleaning Motor Parts
So I have nearly disassembled my 351 project and wanted some advice on cleaning the throttle body, upper intake and lower intake. I want it all to look new or as goood as possible.
Id also like to see if you guys know of anyone that sells some kind of bolt kit for a motor. Several bolts aren't in the best shape especially 1 that stripped and 1 broke both on the water pump.
I am looking for the transmoission lines for a 96 3/4 ton with factory cooler if anyone knows where to get em reasonably. LMC truck stops at 86 I believe.
Now lastly what is the best suggestion for a replacement factory oil cooler? I'd like to keep it where its at and not relocate it.

Have the intake and plenum hot tanked, really removes all the crud. Some TB cleaner and a toothbrush will clean up the throttle body nice, my cousin soda blasted the outside of mine while he was extracting a broken screw. Looks like brand new now, even the sticker survived. Fastenal is a great source for hardware, assuming you know the size.
