No Turn Signal

No Turn Signal
My turn signal and emergency flashers quit working. The brake lights work. I checked the fuse panel, but I am not getting any voltage, Trying to find a schematic seems impossible unless you are willing to pay and then I am not sure if I will get what I want. The schematic I do have states that constant power should be on this top of the #7 fuse in the panel, my question is where is this constant power coming from, use to be a schematic would trace power all the way back to the battery but none of these do and I am not sure where to look for the problem.
Any help, better schematic would be appreciated.

Sorry about that half the post got cut out and I did not notice.
1996 F-150 I have trace the power loss to the F & G on the power distribution fuse box under the hood, but have no wiring diagram.
I have not had a chance to take this box apart yet but I am hoping it receives its power straight from the battery. Perhaps the underside of this fuse block is burnt or something.

I had already went to auto zone.com and looked at what they had. What I need is information about how power is delivered and distributed inside the power distribution box under the hood. There has to be a schematic somewhere showing this. I am not getting power to the two fuses for the turn signal in this box, but every other fuse has power.

These diagrams were posted by Steve 83.
Maxi fuse N is hot with the ignition On. Provides 12 volts
for fuse #7. Used for Turn signal flasher and turn signal
lamps.
Maxi fuse L Hot all the time provides 12 volts to fuse #13
which is used for the Hazard flasher and brake lights.
If the rear brake lights or high mounted brake light
work, fuse #13 is good.
Appears the multifunction switch is bad.
Here's the fuse block layout and a diagram that shows
how to test the Multifunction switch.

Off the wall solution-
When we went to replace the bulb for our rear right indicator to see if that was the problem at first, we discovered that our furry little friends "squirrels" ate through the wires. On our Ford Jamboree, we couldn't get the engine to turn over and when we lifted the hood, there sat a pack rat on top of the air filter with all it's acorns surrounding him ... the wires were chewed through in that instance too.
