I just had vehicle inspected and replaced the wheel hub assemblies on the front Left and Right wheels in order to pass. Now while driving strong shaking occurs occasionally when over 60+ mph or at any time after a hit a bump in the road. have to slow down below 30 for it to stop.

 

Death wobble....

My '98 did this and it turned out to be the combination of poor wheel balance, worn ball joints and too high tire pressure. Pulled the tire pressure down to and the problem "went away". You should be so lucky.

Ball joints, tie rod ends, the rack and it's mount are suspects, along with bent wheels and fubar'd tires.

Everything needs a close look.

But I would think if too high tyre pressure was causing a problem then you might have belt separation which would also cause a wobble.
That and loose wheel nuts.

Try moving a back wheel up to the front to see if that stops the wobble.

What do you call too high tyre pressure?
We don't want a repeat of the exploder days.

I use 36 to 38 psi in 235/75/15s and about 34 - 36 in 255/70/16s.

 

I had one at 39. Try 30.

Ford spec'd 26, and owners didn't check them, letting many drop to 15!

30 (or even 26) is fine as long as you maintain it and don't let it drop off.

 

26 psi is too low regardless of what Ford says.

When I bought my first Explorer it had 28 in the tyres and it bounced around badly. It also had the original shocks though.
I'd use no less than 32.
