2005 6.0 with 11xDTC sputter and Black Smoke

2005 6.0 with COLD, HARD/NO START
I have tried to start it and ocassionally it would turn over for a second but just it wont fire up. Tried putting spray in the airbox and then turning over, it would fire just for as long as there was a vapor of spray but then quickly die. I have tried so many times doing so drained the batteries. i used the wifes car and got the m charged back up. continue to try to start untill When it does fire it sputters out black smoke and shakes the whole truck. once the truck stops shaking and the smoke clears it seems to run fine.
I have recorded these DTC codes
p0261
p0264
p0267
p0270
p0273
p0277
p0279
p0282
p0611
p2614
p2617

Where should i start?
What does the black smoke imply
what does the sputter and shake imply?

PLEASE STEP AWAY FROM THE STARTING FLUID!!!!!!!!! First of all if your truck won't start there is a reason. Do you have any gauges that read live data? Like scan gauge II or the like? They are absolutely necessary in diagnosing problems with the 6.0L diesel. You can cause base engine damage with starting fluid so don't use it again and just hope you haven't just bought yourself an engine rebuild.

I'm guessing the FICM has bit the dust.

The P0611 is the DTC for FICM performance and means you need a new FICM, I would go to FICMrepair.com and look their site over. Many of us on here have had Ed repair our FICM's and it is an excellent value
and Ed is the best man for the job.

This thread doesn't get any more cut and dry than this. Chalk it up to yet another 6.0L FICM that has $-h-i-t the bed!!!
