Hey all,

I was thinking about putting a turbocharger in my Truck. I have been looking around and I was wondering if anyone knows wether or not there is a turbo made for a 4.6 and if so how much? Thanks for the help guys

I'm sure that someone probably makes one. My question is, is it feasable to put a turbo on a 9.3to1 compression engine? Most turbo engines run around 8 to 1 to keep the cylinder pressure down under boost.

how about a 5.4 L v8, would a turbo charger be feasable for that? whats the compression rate on that engine. Anyone know where to find one?

 

9.0 to 1. Still kinda high to benifit from much boost.
