I saw a photo of a all yellow one and it did look over the top.
I also played with photoshop and a photo of mine. Still looked over the
top to me.
I think if you did make it more yellow like this Ranger doing a dark/black
grille and mirrors would help. The Ranger also had black Nerf bars

This photo was taken the year of the Western Washington ice storms.

I still miss that little truck.

Yea, I was thinking of painting the bumpers yellow, black grille and headlights, and leaving the mirror caps chrome (my S4 has the same paint scheme).

I have an 06 f-250 Amarrillo. I live in Maine, long way from the lone star state! Wish mine had the heated seats!

I had been kicking around the idea lately of painting the bumpers yellow instead of chrome, but I have a feeling it would be too much yellow on a truck of this size. I think what will end up happening is that I'm going to get a set of black housing headlights and do a yellow grille instead of the chrome grille. I think the chrome grille is a bit much on this truck. Other than that I think I'll be leaving it mostly stock. I just finished doing the bed, bed rail caps, tailgate, and the rear steps in Duplicolor Bed Armor and it looks so much better with some texture on the black trim pieces. Thinking I will end up doing the same treatment on the running board caps.

I know it was a limited production in 2006...

But how many F-350 Amarillo's did they produce?

I know I haven't seen another up here in Alaska.

I don't know, but the tricky thing is that yellow was a color option and they look similar enough that everyone thinks it is the same. There are 3 yellow Fords in my town - I'm the only Amarillo.

Amarillo's are "Screaming Yellow"

Mine looks a little brown right now, with break-up coming and going away up here.

Had 3" of snow this morn.

Yellow was an option, but it's very rare to see on a truck that's not an Amarillo. You do need to watch out though, there were "fake" Amarillo's made in 2005.

Thumbs up I got mine

I bought mine in Phoenix a few weeks ago and drove it home to Washington State. Its got the 20" factory wheels, heated seats, but no sunroof. So one of those Phoenix ones is gone from Phoenix. I thought it was "Blazing Yellow", even if it does scream at you. I will get more pix on here soon.

The hard part about mine is describing the options that
it does not have. I have power everything with heated
seats and the Moon Roof.

Also here is my 2002 Ranger Edge 4X4. One nice little truck

There is just something about Screaming Yellow.

Between the 2002 Ranger and my 2006 F350
I wanted a Screaming Yellow Mustang. The
last year for Screaming Yellow was 2006.
So I was limited in the years I could look at.
I found a really nice looking 2006 with black
stripes that was a Roush level II I think. I
did not get it Did not like the dealership
that it was at.
