2nd day in a row of negative temps.... I tried throwing water in the air to make it snow... apparently it needs to be like -20* or something like that... so I just made ice on the sidewalk where the water landed....real smart I know.....
Well from what I read its because the boiling messes with the molecules that splits them for some such reason.... but it doesn't make logical sense since it has to reduce in temperature from such a higher range.....
I figure it's due to the larger warmer molecules, and that they can cool faster due to the larger surface area. But who knows. The scientist don't seem to.
