Anyone mount the A/C under the seat?

Hey,
That vent through the console could be kind of like that deal that blows air on your hand at the bowling alley. I wonder if your shoes would be as smelly as those bowling shoes if you had floor mounted A/C on them.

Since we are talking about A/C - we have an under dash mounted Vintage A/C & it's hot as can be here in Texas but we just never use the thing. We just open the cowl & the old crank windows - it's uncomfortable if stuck in traffic but if you are moving - it's not bad. Our humidity isn't as bad as Houston & Southern Louisiana. Get's you all nostalgic for those sticky vinyl seats on a hot day.
Honestly If this isn't your daily driver I'd stick with manual A/C.
