eng.swap question

looking at at taking a 4.2 from a 1998 with 5 spd. and putting in a 2000 that has a blown 4.6 with auto.
what kind of headach's am i looking at ??????
such wiring harness ecm. ect.
any in put would be helpful

All the hardware, all the harness and ECM.
Exhaust, clutch, pedal etc.
The auto trans is controlled by the ECM.
The standard is not.
You basicly have to swap over everything because of the large differences.
For all the hassle, I would get a rebuilt motor and be done with it.
