After a weekend of pushing the limits of my truck off road, we loaded up my truck and my buddies 03' with logs for his wood burning stove. The load dropped my truck about 3" and handled pretty well aside from the mushy class B tires. It poured rain driving home and while loading up, so it cleaned my truck up a lot compared to what is was.

Here's the only pics I've gotten of mine
loaded up. Towing my buddy's car home from Castle Rock about 35 miles or so. Weight of the trailer and car combined was 4500 pounds. Not nearly as heavy as some of y'all but the heaviest Big Blue has towed. Not too sure what the grand total weight was since we didnt stop by any scales. Regardless she towed it like a champ- couldn't tell it was back there unless I was going up a pretty steep grade.

It started out as a pickup bed style trailer with that utility bed on it as a bumper pull. We loaded it down with our tools and everything we needed for a mobile tool station when we were running a farm. Our fields were sometimes miles apart so we used it for mobility. After we put all our stuff in it though it wagged like crazy because it was so short with so much weight. So we found that gooseneck as a rolling tandem axle frame. We bought it, painted it black, put new tires on it, added lights, and put the tool bed on the back. Between the tool bed and gooseneck it used to have a very large air compressor, torch bottle station, welder, and a toolbox. When it had all of that on it and tires on both axles it actually pulled like a dream without being over the axle limit. It has 1 ton chevy axles on it but there's only tires on the back in those pics because I blew one out on the way home and I didn't have a spare so I took the other off and limped it home. I wouldn't ordinarily do that but it was getting dark and I was only a few miles from home so I just drove in the shoulder about 20mph the rest of the way home. It will soon be shortened, repainted, tool bed relocated, and have true trailer axles on it. It's rarely on the road though. It's mostly just tool storage for right now and used around the property until I can start the rebuild
