My brother inlaw has a 99 f250 w 5.4 in it it is leaking oil from the rear passengers head gasket best we can telli have a 2002 f150 screw and I swapped my seized engine a couple years ago. I want to know what's involved in this job and if it can be done without the cab being lifted up. Thanks any help would be great.

 

Are you sure it's not a valve cover gasket leaking down? I've never heard of a headgasket leaking oil.

 

Yup they had an issue..Need to pull the head resurface and new gasket. Best to do both sides.
