Some weekend progress
I've managed to make some progress on my differential this weekend. I started out with this:
And this is where I'm currently at:
I just have the coil springs there for mock up as the upper coil mount needs to be welded into the frame. Still have to change all the bearings tomorrow and get some paint on it.

It's all designed by me and will be fully adjustable with cam bolts. The coil springs are for an econoline. I had ordered front ones for an E-450 but ended up with E-150 but in retrospective maybe better since I can always go heavier if need be. The link arms are going to be made out of an actual I beam from an old 1940's *****hutt disc seeder. I have one partially done but will have to take a picture. Everything is designed to meet or exceed original factory specifications
Here's some more pics:

51 Dueller aka Nathan had an FTE greatest hits album back in the day. He gave myself, John Niolon, and a few other rodders all we could handle. He caimed he was 14 and pre-drivers license. Then about 3 years later he was 15 and we smelled a rat.
He's a hoot if you can wind him up. One of my alltime favorites on the forum.
