He unplugged them at my suggestion, I was just trying to help him isolate the problem. I also asked if he had been clearing the codes before each test.

After doing some reading it looks like unplugging the injectors would cause an injector circuit high DTC, because the injector high DTC means the FICM detected and injector open circuit. So either both injector harnesses weren't plugged in or the FICM is toast.

What exactly does this mean:

If you were throwing codes for the cam and/or crank position sensor, those sensors can keep the engine from running as well... Doesn't explain the codes for the injectors, apart from your having the injector harnesses disconnected. Did you reset the codes after having it all plugged in again?

It likely means P2614 and P2617 codes set after the engine stalled. Those are what I call "ghost" codes that set when the cam and crank sensor inputs go "missing" due to the engine stalling, NOT meaning the sensors failed. To repair, would mean repairing what caused the engine to stall in the first place.

Right?? You can't get better service or response time than what was displayed here.
Less than one hour after his post, mustang 309 suggested the correct fix, and one hour after that, m-chan68 - one of the best in the business - suggested the same. Benny even offered supporting advice.
For free...

I'll help the OP out with this - Thank you guys for helping all of us!
