2002 Escape V6- dead cylinder on 4, any procedure diagrams?

Just bought this Escape, good truck but idles rough. I work in a CNG conversion shop that shares space with a Ford dealership shop. I had the guys next door hook up diagnostics to it, it appears that cylinder number 4 has low to no compression. Did a manual compression test and this confirmed it. Today after work I did a leak down test and determined it leaking out the exhaust valves on cylinder 4. My question is, is there a diagram or set of procedures on here somewhere that can give me proper timing marks, torque specs for the head bolts, including the torque angle?

That aint no fun job pulling the heads on one of those . If it were mine I would pull both heads and have all valves checked . I have seen several with burnt and nearly burnt valves . I think marks are by color links , been a while since I did one . Alldata Should have that . A buddy next door to you could print it off , if they can .

Well, now I'm screwed. I don't get it, this makes no sense. I pulled the valve cover today just to see if the valve was stuck or burnt. I never started it or anything. Put the valve cover back on and when I did fire it up and tried to move it, the transmission started screwing up, it barely gets up to 20mph and it will not shift, its seems as though its stuck in low gear. I checked to make sure nothing was pinched or caught in the valve cover. It almost seems as though the tcm was damaged, I just dont get it, anybody have any ideas? I just bought this piece.
