LIFT KIT 2006 F150

JUST BOUGHT A 2006 F150 HOW CAN I TELL IF THERE IS A LIFT KIT IN THE TRUCK. I AM LOOKING TO LIFT IT 3 TO 4 INCHES. WHAT IS A GOOD KIT?
