And to decode that ...
On the Injection pump there are two wires, with the key on, unconnect/connect the forward most wire, it should click, if not, check the wire for 12v+.
If you have 12v+ on the wire, the pump doesn't click when you unconnect/connect, the FSS is bad ... thus best to get a rebuilt Pump.
If it clicks, and you still get no fuel to the injectors, ensure again that the Injection Pump is full of fuel ... if it is, time for a rebuilt pump.
All fuel systems testing should be done with TWO fully charged batteries.
-Enjoy

Nope, No priming the IP, sounds like the pump is gone ...
You can pull the return line off the IP, unhook the rearward most wire on the IP and crank the motor, fuel should come out of the IP return on the IP.
Of course something to catch the fuel goes without saying ...
Remember disturbing the returns lines can cause an air leak, thus hard starting until re-sealed.

No there is no rebuild kit, They take very specialized equipment to test and setup after rebuild.
Yes, some DIY'ers do pull them apart make tweaks etc etc ... A few get away with it, many don't.
Improperly done could cause a runaway, a runaway is uncontrolled RPM's till the motor explodes!

You should be cracking/pulling the lines at the injector, not the pump ...
Let's back up a bit though, you were just driving along and it suddenly stopped ... or did it get powerless/acting funny then stop.
Let's have some history of the IP, how old is it.

I would bypass the mechanical pump, (the pump that pumps fuel "up" to your filter) and install an electric pump, (also good to have for priming),,
then see how that goes.
You may just have a bad lift pump.
