Heater issues
I have a 2005 Navigator ultimate and am having a few issues....
#1---- Truck has front and rear heat, front heat is marginal but rear heat is amazing....does the heat come from all of the same source or is there two separate sources (I am thinking maybe heater core behind dash shot)
#2----On the digital display (heat a/c controls) the exterior temp starts out reading fine (right now around 27F) however once you start driving for any distance that reading goes way up...today it hit 90F (I wish) so I took the temp sensor from behind the grill off the wiring harness and I was still getting a reading (I thought it should not display at all) so I am wondering if the control unit is no good, seeing as how when the temp goes up its telling the unit to give less heat hence question #1 maybe not a core.
What would everyones thoughts be? and has anyone else had any issues like this either on Navs or Exp.
