How wide are my wheels?

I have a 2013 F350 with 18 inch Lariat FX4 wheels. How wide are they? I can't find this information anywhere.The tires are 275-70-18. Thank you.

thanks for posting this link. i'm having so much fun playing with the possibilities. i've been thinking of putting 37" on my truck, and this link might become handy.
