'95 F-350 psd, sometimes there is a terrible oil puddle and the oil seems to running down back of engine coming out the dust cover. Again, sometimes there is no oil leak or noticeable puddle. I use the EBPV brake on both trucks, this one has a rebuilt turbo, I turned it off and while driving it around, no puddle. Is the EBPV seal gone? Please excuse typo in thread heading, my meds are off.

 

Sounds like your EBPV is leaking
