Best shocks for a "93" F150 4x4.........
Well it's time to buy shocks and I thought I'd ask for a little advice from some experienced people. Driving on these wonderful Michigan highways can keep you kind of busy trying to dodge the potholes and uplifted asphalt. I'm looking for a shock that will give me the best ride and also hold the truck to the road. Besides the stiff ride, when I hit a large hole or bump the rear end has a tendency to skip to the side. The alignment seems just fine. I'm hoping it's a shock related thing. It's a "93" F150 4x4 super cab with a 302 and a 7 foot bed. It also has 32x11.50 R15 LT BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A tires. Any advice?
Thanks
Brian

If you dont' have a rear sway bar that can contribute quite a bit to the rear end "walking" as you describe.
I actually like my Rancho 9000s, I can really tell a difference between the settings. Only problem is that they're pricey. I've had good luck w/Skyjacker Hydros too.
