Vacuum in filter bowl?

Hi. Just redone my injectors but now it looks like I have some vacuum in filter bowl somehow...

It takes quite a while cranking the starter before it fires up but then it runs great.

Feels like the vacuum sucks the diesel back frpm the injectors to the filter bowl somehow...

I have 0 psi when cranking the starter but as soon as it fires up i have 40 psi.

And the "fuel filter" light i on...

Sorry bout my english (from Sweden) but I don't understand this.

You gotta work all the air out of the fuel and oil systems after injectors.

They usually fire up crappy the first few times, then they are fine after that.

for shiggles.

Go take the cap off the fuel tank and see if its got a vacuum and the breather isn't working.

Mine does this a lot, but doesn't effect driveability or starting.

IT starts up and runns nicely when the diesel reaches the injectors...

If i turn it off and then directly on again the starter dosen't have to crank so much but if I turn it off an then wait a fiew seconds before starting again it has to rev a fiew times before it fires up and if I wait more before starting again, even more cranking on the starter...

I'll check the fuel tanks as you said but it's strange if it is the breather because it happend right now and it's no difference on which tank I use...

Thanks for the answer!

You still have air in the fuel and oil system. It takes about 100 miles of driven to get the air out
