Cannot move lights each time, they are aimed and permanent attached to light bar, flush with bumper. The problem, is the new design of the super duty. The grill no longer is integrated with hood. So in order to remove grill, you have to pull it forward, which would hit the back of the 9" hella light assembly.

My suggestion is to go with PIA lights. You can get a set and hook it up to your upfitter. I use a pair of small lights installed each next to my license plate. They provide superior than high beam lighting. Great for dark country roads. Plus no bar to have to instal.

Not sure it is something to worry about.

I had 2 grill removals in the 8 months I owned truck. One headlight bulb, replaced pair, two sets. The higher power Philips and piaa burn out fast.
The dealer installing them, is saying it won't interfere. Also I don't have aux switch option. I know I can buy it, but is it just plug and play? I asked this before, and never got clear answer.
