Best Economy Tune out there

I have an unmodded 07 and am looking to get a tuner just for more MPG.
I have more than enough power for what I tow. Just want better MPG for both towing and daily driving.

Who has the best economy tune and what did you pick up MPG wise.

There's an incredibly custom nichle programmer who writes programs that deal specifically with operator input, goes by the name of TNBTW, Inc. You can reach him at thenutbehindthewheel@tunescostmpg.com.

I kid, I kid. Kinda. Your driving style will do more than any tune to affect MPGs.

I got the Atlas 40 and PCM rollback and have achieved exactly 0.0mpg better than before.

I can easily say I get better mpg with the stock strategy versus using the canned SCT tunes or Vivian's Looney Tune

I get the worst mpg, steady highway cruising with the Looney.

Tunes do not guarantee a mileage increase, and if you are buying a tuner for that reason you will probably be disappointed. Most do see a slight increase in mileage when tuning the truck, but that is not always the case.

The good thing about tunes is that you get about the same mileage as stock, but you have WAY more power.

Another contributing factor in mileage is the driver and mechanical condition of the vehicle. Driving style, tire pressure, brake condition, engine condition, boost leaks, etc. all play a role in mileage.
