2008 F250 - domelight question

My center bulb has burned out on my front interior dome light.
How does the lens cover come off - front, back, side, or straight down pull?
I am old school - wish there were screws rather than everything assembled with clips...

Do they look the same as the 05-07 dome lights? Because I know that those you can squeeze the lens together and there is also pry tabs to put a flathead screwdriver in. If its not the same than I'm not sure, but I would assume that its similar.

There is a small indentation at the back IIRC, I just put a flat head screwdriver in there and twisted it to pop off the lens.

I did a little research and I'm pretty sure there all the same. So it should just pull straigt down once you get the one side with the pull tabs off. You could put LED lights in while your at it. I just put the Recon set in my Dad's truck and they look pretty good. I think they're brighter, but its more of a different look than brighter. The main light is definitely brighter and the map lights are a little brighter. Its like a bluish/white color. My dad said it looks kind of eerie from a distance.

Either way, heres a link to Recon's website. They have a nice set of instructions for doing the whole light, which you don't need to do the center light but at least you'll have it incase you do. Just scroll down untill you see the the LED dome light install section. Good luck.
