2000 Expedition 4.6 Misfire after getting wet

During flushing the radiator of my 2000 4.6 Expedition, I remove the upper hose and was careless and water shot down the right side of the engine, 5,6,7 and 8 coils. I now have a misfire. I brought the truck to Advanced Auto and they hooked up a scanner and the scanner read misfire cylinder #6.
I replaced the # 6 plug, coil and removed the battery terminal for 30 minutes, reconnected the terminal and still have the misfire, but no codes.
I then replaced coils 5,7,8 and replaced plugs 5,6,7 and 8 and still have the misfire.
The truck was absolutely perfect before the flush. Any ideas as to what could have gotten wet that would cause the misfire?
As always,
Thank you

When you say 5, 6, 7, and 8 did you change them on the passenger or driver's side?

Driver's side. That's the side of the engine that got drenched.
